Which Tapzy is right for your business?

Choose the physical format first, then decide what customers should open. Tapzy NFC products are designed to make it easier to reach a chosen website, review link, WhatsApp chat or other supported destination with a compatible smartphone.

01 · PORTABLE

NFC Smart Card

Choose a Card if you visit customers, network, hand over orders or want staff to carry the tap point. It's designed for personal handovers rather than a fixed countertop.

NFC Display Stand

Choose a Stand for counters, reception desks, cafés or tills. It remains in a visible position so customers can choose to tap after an interaction.

Do customers need the Tapzy app to use a Card or Stand?

No. For a normal URL-based NFC tap, customers use a compatible NFC smartphone. The optional Tapzy NFC App helps owners read, program and update supported writable products.

Will Tapzy work with every iPhone or Android phone?

No NFC product works with every device. Many modern iPhone and Android smartphones support NFC, but the exact interaction depends on phone model, operating system, enabled settings and the type of data programmed.

What can a Tapzy NFC product open?

Common choices include a Google review link, a WhatsApp chat, a digital menu, a website, or a profile or contact destination. Some functions require a supported setup and a connected internet connection on the customer's phone.

Is there a monthly subscription?

Tapzy's standard direct-link NFC products do not require a monthly Tapzy subscription for the basic tap-to-open-link function. Third-party services you link to may have their own fees or requirements.

Can you prepare the Tapzy before delivery?

Yes. Where offered on the product page, choose “Program it for me” and provide your destination, or arrange to send the link after ordering. If you prefer self setup, check that your device and NFC product are compatible with the process.

Should I buy an NFC Card or an NFC Display Stand for Google Reviews?

Choose a Card for staff to carry and hand directly to customers. Choose a Display Stand for a checkout counter or reception desk. In either case, invite honest reviews without incentives or pressure; tapping opens the link, it doesn't write the review.
